Condition Monitoring / Maintenance

At Phoenix, we firmly believe that the cornerstone of successful maintenance support lies in our commitment to providing customers with comprehensive audit and report data detailing all identified damages. More significantly, we recognize the critical importance of offering a complete maintenance team dedicated to promptly addressing these issues. Our teams can be fully managed and supervised, tailored to the specific requirements of each mine. This ensures the seamless coordination of essential elements such as parts, safety documentation, labour, and allocated time before commencement.

Our approach typically entails the following steps:
  • Detailed Audit and Reporting: We meticulously assess and document damages, delivering comprehensive reports to our customers.
  • Dedicated Maintenance Teams: Our proficient maintenance teams are equipped to execute repairs efficiently, with management and supervision tailored to mine-specific needs.
  • Resource Allocation: We ensure that all necessary resources, including parts, safety documentation, labour, and time, are allocated prior to commencing any maintenance work.
  • Progress Tracking: We utilise the different resources to track progress systematically. These charts/reports are updated regularly, usually on a weekly basis, to ensure transparent and ongoing reporting.

By following this process, we give our customers clear insights into the maintenance journey, ensuring repairs are timely and effective while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. This approach shows our strong commitment to delivering comprehensive maintenance solutions that help our customers succeed.
